Following many rumors about many other models of cars that will be released over the next two years, a hot update regarding the 2019 Dodge Charger. Well, the name Charger itself has been very popular in the automotive industry since years. It’s been a long time since Dodge Charger’s alteration following his long journey known in the automotive industry.
2019 Dodge Charger Redesign
Most rumors suggest that the next 2019 Dodge Charger will be just an Alfa Romeo with a different badge. However, we would not be so sure of these rumors. In fact, we will say that the car will probably start a new chapter for Dodge in regards to their business design. Instead of being based on an old model, the new charger can, in fact, have a completely new design with many modern influences. This would eventually allow Dodge to go ahead of its European rivals, task that was not possible until that point. Previously, the Hellcat range would achieve more aggressive features than its core counterparts. Things like a more aggressive front, new headlights and taillights, larger wheels and larger brakes will be standard.
2019 Dodge Charger Changes
Even if the car will be both shorter and shorter, there may be more room inside than in the previous model. This will be possible thanks to the longer wheelbase of the car, a different layout of the floor and a slightly wider body. The cabin may be pushed slightly, but the loader offers even more room for up to 5 passengers. The design here should be brand new. The dashboard will boast a more modern look, more similar to what Alfa Romeo did with his cars. This would not only elevate the experience of its passengers, but this would make the car considerably better to live. With the basic models, the 2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat will get much better seats, possibly a different steering wheel and possibly a group of fully customizable instruments.
To begin with, the word is that part of the platform on which the Dodge Charger 2019 will be built will be drawn from the latest edition of the Chrysler 300, just introduced to the market; expect a slightly longer wheelbase and a wider stance. The car features a standard rear-wheel drive with all-wheel drive available, and probably powered by V6 and V8 engines like the current model with its Pentastar V6 and HEMI V8, although they are different in substance. As far as transmission is concerned, it should be the automatic variety with dual clutch with 8 speeds.
Official WHO information indicates that it will only be until 2020. Although we have already heard that by the end of 2018 we can expect the new Dodge Charger 2019.
