While Audi is about to present its latest creation, the 2020 Audi SQ8, we took some spy photos of this sports car and almost photographed it before it debuted in the auto show.
As for the powertrain of the 2020 Audi SQ8, the concept Q8 Sport could once again inspire. He paired a 3.0-liter twin turbocharged V6 with an electric motor for a combined horsepower of 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. The setup allowed an acceleration of 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds.
The car should appear alongside the Q8 standard anytime next year. In addition, the car would be joined by a full Q8 RS that has already been filed in previous years.
Thanks to our secret clichés, we can forcefully claim that the Q8 is a coupe-like SUV that will be similar in size to the Q7 and will offer fierce competition to rivals BMW X6 and Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupé. Meanwhile, the RS Q8 would go after the X6 M and the GLE63 Coupe. Because the twin tailpipes have merged well into the rear fairing and the lower stroke than the standard Q8, we are sure that the prototype belongs to the SQ8.
What sets the RS Q8 apart is a more aggressive front fascia, flared fenders, oversized oval tailpipes and sportier wheels, reinforced tires and brakes. The 2020 Audi SQ8 sport concept presented at the Geneva Motor Show this year provides a good overview of what a Q8 might look like.
